2025 DIGITAL LIFE SYMPOSIUM: Trans-scale Imaging and Integrated Islet Biology

From August 26th to 28th, 2025, the first Digital Life Symposium: Cross-Scale Imaging and Integrated Islet Biology was successfully held in Huairou Science City, Beijing. This conference was hosted by Peking University and co-organized by the Biomedical Imaging Branch of the Chinese Biophysical Society, the Beijing Laboratory for Biomedical Imaging, etc.

The aim was to fully leverage the leading role of the national multimodal cross-scale biomedical imaging facilities and promote the deep integration of imaging technology with diabetes research.

The conference focused on the interdisciplinary integration theme of "Imaging Technology - Cell Biology - Clinical Medicine", and delved into cutting-edge scientific issues such as the analysis of islet heterogeneity, β-cell function and regeneration, and signal transduction mechanisms.

A total of 38 renowned experts and scholars from domestic and overseas universities and research institutions attended this conference, with nearly 200 people in total.
